So how did it go for everyone? Some feedback would be great for future games.

it was feckin awesome defo going back

well man just back into the hoose. just had me hand put in a split and have to go back to see the doc on the 12th to make sure i have not boken my thumb.lol but i think it went very well today team work was better. and we kicked ass.

my first time back in a few months and it all went nicley, we played well in a team and we won the majority if not all the games

Would be good to get a good fulls day in of training somewhere just so we all know what we're doing so looking forward to any opportunity...

Had A Good Day Myself, Team work is improving Greatly and as Everyone Said - We KICKED Ass.

Overall i think that everyone preformed better than last time. But i have noticed a few things that we should improve upon.

• Radio Procedure - I noticed that a few radio users were not responding during critical times or were transmitting in error, which blocks out everyone else from communicating (and its bloody annoying) - I will speak to jim about getting weapon mounted PTT's so you can communicate without taking your hand off your weapon.
  
• Room Entry and Clearing - Myself and a few other players have noticed that some people are hesitating whilst entering and clearing rooms. Yes you will be shot whilst going into a room and we anticipate losses when we plan a entry, but we need to get the maximum number of bodies into a room in the shortest possible time. A 1 second hesitation on the doorway makes a big difference to the man at the back of the stack.
  
• Weapons and Ammunition - As i can appreciate that people can keep their weapon in any condition that they want it makes a big difference that you become combat ineffective on a team scale. If two peoples weapons become ineffective we are down between 20% and 25% combat efficiency. Make sure before you head out you have another fully charged battery with you and spare ammunition.
  
• Fall Back / Attrition Games - The whole point of these games is to have the most players as possible at the front in the action. If players are falling back 20/30 feet at a time all it takes is 3 players to be hit and we are back 90 feet. When your hit go and stand directly behind the last man, don't go round a corner or such like. If you are combat ineffective though radio to Alpha 1, 2 or 3 and we will organize cover.
  
  I will add more feedback when i think of more. Feel free to discuss anything i have said above.
  

Firstly, Neil you must have too much time on your hands or just need practice writing your novel.
Secondly, I agree that we need more training especially on room clearance, I was fed up going in first to find I went in alone. Even though bbs are flying you still have to go in.
Thirdly, we kicked severe ass. Our tactics worked well and were also followed by the non Trident Tactical Team players. Our experience and leadership skills shone through.
I think a quick lesson on gun maintenance would be a good idea, even just the basic how to clean a barrel, adjust hop, zero in a scope, etc.
Jim, hope the hand heals quick.

your where rite rab about going in rooms there was only about 4 of us that went in all the team getting hit is sore but that is all part of the game. i have enjoyed the 2 games i have been too and well be back for more.

but what i think well help the team is a team meet. on the sat before a game i could get the TA center if the team whated to meet up on the sat.

things that could happen.

1. team talk
2. wepons care and training
3. radio training
4. some skills training
5. get kit ready of the game
6. meal and some beers
7. sleep
8. head to the game.

what does the team think????

Sounds good Jim, I think having the chance to spend some time to get to know each other makes for better team spirit. Some basic combat drills being repeated over and over would make it stick and more like second nature.
A few beers afterward wouldn't be a bad thing (over 18's only kids)
What does the rest of you think, always open for suggestions?

we should allso be useing the rank guide as well then we know who is who in the team. cause at the moment i dont know who is who in the team. eg start at the top we need a major, capt, ssgt cpl and so one.

what do you all think about it???

If we are going to be a team, might as well do it properly.
If you put a list of players with proposed rank beside them to let everyone see, then they might understand better.
Every team needs a chain of command.
People play better if they have a clear defined role/task and position to play.
What about the rest of you?
