17/01/10 - Freeport - DeBrief

So how did it go for everyone? Some feedback would be great for future games.

well must say had a good day, but next time i wont be coming from a night out lol. as in team work, i am new member to the team we could do wi some team training as working as a team was not there at all. but most of all i would to thank all members who help me out on my 1st game, must say i am all sore and got lots of red spots lol on me legs. so i will be back for some more play. so once again thanks to every one today.

was a superb day took me along time to get use to the area and when we got the radio's it made things way much better,

a few ideas...

we seamed to split up to much even when there was action going on we need to try and stick to gethere
.
think we should split our team in to 2 squads that work good together so we would have a defending team and a tactical force so that when we come to do the actual game we know our roll's straight away.


but all in all thought we started working well as a team in the second half as we started to know every ones way of playing and could understand how things were going to go but yeh once we get more practice in i think we would be a really good team.

leg looks better today lol in total i have 8 hits to me legs and 5 in one place lol nice grouping

hmm i did a burst so i would say 2 or 3 is my fault sorry bud

I really enjoyed myself, first time playing and will definitely be back for more. I think the only thing to really work on would be the teamwork and knowing what each other are doing but im sure this will start to happen more as we get to know each other etc. All in all had a great day, thanks to everyone for helping me out on my first time.

Well i cant say to much. you all gave good points. Team work yes only way that will work is playing more. My goal is to have every one to a high standard and i am going to take on dog team if you are up for that. I am looking to do more training. I am writing a tactics booklet to see what i am trying to do and it will be easier to follow. so i need ideas and feed back so i can put in the booklet. so if there anything you would like to know let me know and i will put it in.
As for sunday it was a really good day i had lots of fun. thanks for the great day nice to see new faces to the team.

As Pete said, i can't really add much to what has been said already. it was excellent to see some new, talented players to the team. What i also think is a great positive is that Trident Tactical Team now have a good reputation for being a professional, honest and admiral airsoft team. A teams reputation will always proceed them and every player who wears the Trident Patch can thank themselves that their actions and attitude have made Trident.

Looking forward to the coming year myself and Peter have a lot in the pipeline in terms of training and team support, with more details of both to be announced immanently.
